Diploma In Nursing (KRCHN) 3 Years

This is a diploma course which encompasses three major areas namely, General Nursing, Midwifery and Community Health. The course aims to inculcate in the student the knowledge, skills and attitude that enables him/her to be able to meet the Health care Challenges in the 21^st Century. Upon successful completion of the training, the students are awarded the NCK certificate and and a nursing License which enables them to work nationally, regionally and globally

INTAKE

Done twice a year in the Month of March and September.

• K.C.S.E Result Slip or KCSE Certificate
• Certicate of Good Conduct
• School Leaving Certificate
• National Identity Card/ Birth Certificate

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:          

8.4.4 System or its equivalent

MINIMUM  GRADE.

• C  English/Kiswahili language  – Mandatory
• C  Biology/Biological Sciences – Mandatory    
• C- Chemistry/Mathematics/ Physics

MEAN GRADE: C (Plain and above)
