ONLINE APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

STUDENTS APPLICATION FORM

To join the Anglican Medical Training College- Maseno, follow the steps below:

  1. Decide the program that you want to undertake and ensure you meet the program qualifications stated in “Our Programs” menu above.
  2. Click on “Apply” at the top of this web page or at the bottom of this section”
  3. Fill in the required information in each step of the application
  4. Finish the application process and submit your application.
  5. Once your application is submitted successfully, you will receive an email from us indicating your application ID.
  6. Pay the indicated application fee depending on the Program (find payment details below)
  7. To keep track of your application status, login with the Application ID and Password used during creation of your account.

REQUIREMENTS & PAYMENT DETAILS

a) Documents Required for Application & Registration

To apply or register for a Program, you are required to attach the following documents:

  1. Passport photo – a clear passport sized photo is required (accepted types: jpg,jpeg,png)
  2. Scanned National Registration Card – a clear copy of the National Registration Card (both front and back) – applies to Kenyan applicants who are above 18 years of age.
  3. High School certificate or statement of results – Attach all statements of results from final level of high school or the final high school certificate.
  4. Passport – Attach valid passport – applicable to international students without citizenship.
  5. Recommendation Letter – Attach letter of recommendation from your church
  6. Any other relevant documents requested by Admissions office during correspondence.
b) Criteria of Admission into Programs

Certificate and Diploma programs: O Level education with KCSE certificate/Results slip
Higher diploma programs: Diploma /Certificate in Nursing/clinical medicine with a minimum of two (years) working experience

d) Christian Experience

All applicants must complete this section failure to which application will Not be processed

  • Please write a personal christian experience as well as give an assessment of your personal strengths and weaknesses and state how your program choice at Anglican Medical Training College- Maseno will assist with your development(in not less than 400 words).

The College aims at providing a conducive environment for teaching, learning and research to achieve academic excellence. In order to realize these noble objectives, the students and the rest of the College community have a responsibility to create and safeguard an orderly atmosphere. Consequently, all students shall within and outside the College conduct themselves in highest standards of integrity, personal discipline and morality.

All students shall be expected to:
  1. Respect and adheres to the established administrative and academic procedures and structures of the College, which could be reviewed /amended from time to time for better administration and operation of the College. 
  2. Respect the rights and privileges of other members of the College and the public at all times
  3. Refrain from any conduct that might bring the College or any section or program thereof into disrepute.
  4. Refrain from posting on the internet forums and media,any offensive, abusive and hate messages
  5. Conduct themselves in all public places with such demeanor and dignity as befits their status as educated citizens
  6. Wear appropriate attire or uniform and be modest during study, at mealtimes in the dining halls, and in all College functions
